A Southern California SCUBA Diving Club - est. 1965

The Sea Divers are a independent (501c3) nonprofit advanced recreational SCUBA diving club based in in Southern California.  We schedule about 11 boat dives a year on some of the best Southern California dive boats; the Peace, and the Giant Stride all of which include food and air fills in the price. We reserve bunks/staterooms for our members on all overnight and multi-day trips. We dive advanced and intermediate locations for the experienced diver that offer the best hunting and photographic opportunities found in Southern California and possibly the world.  See our trip schedule below for more details.

February 2. Fletcher and John Forbes will present a program about East Coast diving. Fellow Californians, there is another ocean we can dive, on the other side of the country, with completely different things to see and a much warmer temperature!  Join us as Fletcher and John share WWII wreck diving in North Carolina, complete with sand tiger sharks; and in South Florida, goliath groupers, dusky and silky sharks plus muck diving... all without a passport! http://fletcherforbes.com

March 1. Henrik RosÚn from Wakatobi Dive Resort in Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia, will give a presentation about the diving and accommodations at the resort, and on the Pelagian liveaboard dive yacht. Wakatobi is known for delivering an unrivaled underwater experience. Reef profiles that drop precipitously from near the surface create opportunities for 70 minute-plus multi-level profiles, along with endless hours of diving and snorkeling on shallow sites as well as the resort’s famous House Reef. For a quick peek at what Wakatobi has to offer visiwww.wakatobi.com (http://www.wakatobi.com). Videos at https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/114223641517820901266/114223641517820901266/videos
